We work closely with all suppliers and subcontractors to manage the flow of materials. For non-standard materials, our Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) conducts onsite inspections at the vendor’s facility before shipment. When needed, we also perform third-party material analysis to verify key properties such as chemical composition, yield strength, and tensile strength. Additionally, all materials undergo thorough inspection for conformity during incoming quality control.
We typically plan our capacity to operate at around 80%, allowing flexibility for rush orders to utilize the remaining capacity. To support our growth and ensure we can meet demand, we are continually investing in new machinery and expanding our overall capacity, positioning ourselves to accommodate urgent needs when required.
We currently operate 8 manufacturing facilities: 3 in Dongguan, China, 2 in Jiangxi, China, and 3 in Tijuana, Mexico. Our primary facility in China houses our complex machining, plastics, assembly, and molding departments, along with our corporate office.
In Mexico, our facility specializes in injection molding, plastic extrusion, and assembly, and also serves as a warehouse for product distribution to the US.
We can provide FAI reports, material certificates, and, if required, certifications for all finishing processes, including anodizing reports, heat treatment reports, material testing reports, and CPK data.
Yes, our engineering team collaborates closely with customers to ensure the manufacturability of parts and provides valuable input on potential changes to optimize the process or improve yield. If the customer agrees, we can make the necessary design adjustments internally and send the updated drawings for confirmation before proceeding with sampling.
